Brian McGovern, Sc.D, FAAA, CCC-A

Brian McGovern, Sc.D, FAAA, CCC-A is the Senior Clinical Audiologist at Philadelphia Ear, Nose and Throat Associates. Dr. McGovern received his undergraduate degree from Stockton University in Pomona New Jersey, and his doctorate from Montclair State University in Montclair, New Jersey. While at Montclair State University he was principal investigator of a research study involving the stimulus thresholds for ocular vestibular evoked myogenic potentials. 

Dr. McGovern is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, holds an American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) certification of clinical competence, a Pennsylvania State Audiology license and a New Jersey State Audiology license. He specializes in diagnosing, evaluating, and treating a variety of hearing disorders as well as balance and dizziness issues for adults. He is trained to provide an assortment of treatment options for his hearing impaired patients including tinnitus management and strategies, hearing aids, cochlear implants, osseointegrated implants, and communicative strategies. 

Dr. McGovern has experience with audiologic evaluations, balance and dizziness evaluations, tinnitus testing and management, auditory processing testing, and clinical program design and management. He is committed to providing comprehensive audiology services using evidence based practices and current research findings. 

 

Emily Gnatt, Au.D, FAAA, CCC-A

Emily Gnatt, Au.D, FAAA, CCC-A is the newest member at Philadelphia Ear, Nose and Throat Associates, serving as a Clinical Audiologist. Dr. Gnatt received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communicative Disorders from West Chester University in West Chester, Pennsylvania and her doctorate of Audiology from the George S. Osborne College of Audiology at Salus Univeristy in Elkins Park, Pennsylvania.

Dr. Gnatt is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, holds an American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) certification of clinical competence and a Pennsylvania State Audiology license.  She specializes in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating a variety of hearing disorders, as well as balance and dizziness complaints and disorders for all ages. Dr. Gnatt is dedicated to provide an assortment of treatment options for her hearing impaired patients and their family members including the selection and fitting of hearing aids, assisted listening devices, cochlear implants, osseointegrated implants and communication strategies.

Dr. Gnatt has experience with audiologic evaluation, balance and dizziness evaluations, hearing aid selection and fitting, cochlear implants, tinnitus testing and management. She is committed to provide the best audiological service using evidence based practices and current research findings.
